Ernest Djédjé Blé Loué, alias ERNESTO DJEDJE est un chanteur ivoirien né de mère bété en 1947 (près de Daloa, centre-ouest de la C. I.) et de père sénégalais (Touré), décédé prématurément en 1983 (il n’avait que 35 ans) à Yamoussoukro, capitale de la Côte d’Ivoire dans des circonstances douteuses. Chanteur, poète-fabuliste, danseur, arrangeur et guitariste, DJEDJE est une icône de la musique ivoirienne. Il est notamment le créateur du ziglibithy, danse et style musical duquel dériveront le zouglou des années 90 puis le coupé-décalé en 2003. Détenteur du BEPC il étudie l’informatique en France dans les années 1960 ! Puis revient au pays où il devient responsable culturel à l’Autorité pour l’aménagement de la région du Sud-Ouest à San-Pédro. Il crée alors le « San-Pedro Orchestra ». Puis il retourne en France où il rencontre Manu Dibango et d’autres célébrités, en profitant pour enregistrer son premier album « Anowa » en 1970 (soul, r&b, jerk). Il s’installe à Paris où il enregistre 6 opus en 1973 dont « Mamadou Coulibaly) et « Zokou Gbeuly » avant de rentrer au pays. Il veut alors révolutionner la musique ivoirienne en mélangeant disco/rumba cubaine/makossa d’Afrique centrale avec la musique ivoirienne traditionnelle, ce qui donnera l’Afro-funk ou l’Afrobeat. L’album « Aguissè » sort en 1975. Le ziglibithy, dont il deviendra le « Roi » naît de la conjugaison de la danse Bété et du Disco aux chants lyriques « Tohorou » et R&B. Et c’est à Lagos au Nigéria en 1977 que DJEDJE (qui avait rencontré auparavant Fela Kuti) enregistre l’album monumental dans lequel le fameux titre « Ziboté » deviendra un tube international ! En 1978 sort « Les Ziglibithiens », « Golozo » en 79, « Azonadé » en 80, « Zouzou Palegué » en 81, « Tizéré » en 82. Chouchou du Président Houphouët Boigny et de son futur successeur Henri Konan Bédié, DJEDJE est alors convié à se produire systématiquement lors des grandes occasions, réceptions, conférences, meetings… [Sur la base sonore de la vidéo mise en ligne par Orionstalion]
