Child Safety Policy

Flooco Child Safety Standards Policy
1. Published Standards
Flooco explicitly prohibits Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) in all forms. This prohibition is included in our Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, and all publicly available user policy documentation. Any attempt to share, solicit, or promote CSAE content will result in immediate removal and enforcement action.

2. In-App Mechanism for User Feedback
Flooco provides a built-in reporting and feedback mechanism within our app. Users can:
• Report harmful or suspicious content directly through the in-app “Report” button.
• Submit concerns or feedback via the app’s help center.
• Escalate urgent issues through a dedicated child safety email channel.

3. Addressing CSAM
Flooco takes immediate and appropriate action upon obtaining actual knowledge of Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM):
• CSAM is removed from our platform without delay.
• Accounts involved in CSAE are suspended or terminated.
• Reports are escalated to law enforcement and relevant child protection authorities.

4. Compliance with Child Safety Laws
Flooco complies with all applicable child safety laws and regulations. We maintain a clear process to:
• Report confirmed CSAM to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) in the United States.
• Report to relevant regional authorities in Côte d’Ivoire and other jurisdictions where Flooco operates.
• Document and track all enforcement actions for accountability.

5. Child Safety Point of Contact
Flooco designates a Child Safety Officer as the official point of contact for Google Play and other partners. This representative is responsible for:
• Receiving notifications about CSAE content.
• Speaking to Flooco’s enforcement and review procedures.
• Taking immediate action when required.
